From The Busy Mom's Slow Cooker Cookbook
Man, A loves making slow cooked meats. He needs to use his smoker more, but he uses a crock pot thingy that's just for meats [I think it's just a rectangular regular crock pot] but it has a rack for meats and ribs and stuff. He's trying out his own bbq sauces and stuff too.
ReplyDeleteps. your picture is awesome, I like the extra sauce visible in the background :-)
Sounds so yummy. Makes my lunch seem even worse. I should not have read this one ;)
ReplyDeleteLOL... thanks for the compliments! The food was good, so I'll take credit for that... but all I did was take a picture of the photo in the cookbook (I forgot to take my own shot!) so I can't take credit for the artistic placement of the sauce in the background :-p
ReplyDeleteDude, I was TOTALLY impressed by the picture, now I'm sad you didn't take it. Lol. Next time you have to remember to take a picture before eating the delicious food. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh, and the recipe sounds deeelicious!
