Happy St. Paddy's Day!

Mmmm... corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes! Just what every good Irish girl--or 1/8th Irish girl--needs on a day like today. Too bad my Brazilian hubby wasn't on board. Something about boiled meat just ruined it for him. Oh well, more for me!
